Order Cancellation

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please act quickly — once an order is packed and dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

Cancellation window

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been dispatched. After this window, the order will be processed and shipped as normal.

Refund on cancellation

• If cancelled within the window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days depending on your bank
• UPI and wallet payments are usually refunded faster
